Sporty Alfa Romeo but brakes not so efficient.  Scary to drive.

Father loved Ford cars.  The Ford Zephyr.

1. Think Win/Win - reaffirm this to each other.
2. Take time to understand what the win is for each person.
3. Brainstorm possible solutions.
4. Select a course of action that both feel good about and implement it.
